Since depositions are often conducted in locations remote from the client’s offices a web based solution for the collection and dissemination of items related to an individual matter was a logical solution.
Webauthor’s customized portal solution involved creating a secure repository for Esquire's clients. Each client now has the ability to log into a secure web site where all appropriate documents involved in a particular matter can be found, reviewed, and downloaded on-line. Beyond that we created a system of super-administrator and administrator functions so that Esquire personnel can grant each client the ability to administer their own user base, insuring that each matter's documentation is available to only those personnel who the client gives access. This allows far less administrative overhead for the overall site and provides very granular control for each client and each matter handled by each client.
This ability, built behind the electronic protection of Secure Socket Layers (SLL) allows each client to access the important information on their individual cases in a secure, always available, environment. By implementing a web based solution Esquire is in the forefront of providing real-time feedback and accessibility in some of the nations highest profile legal situations.
